Formerly a VP of operations for an international pharmaceutical corporation Tracy's
responsibilities included inter-departmental communications and conflict resolution,
Team Building Techniques. "I believe that the more empowered an individual becomes
the more productive. This fact directly impacts the bottom line".

"As an adult survivor of child abuse, being raised on welfare in the South Bronx I had
an abundance of emotional injuries that kept getting in my way. The self-empowerment
process, compiled over  many years, has afforded me recovery and a way to recreate
my life. I sincerely hope that it can help others out of their depression and self doubt
and break the chain of abuse."
Tracy has facilitated classes for the State of Arizona, department of probation and the
Federal prison system for women. "Several inmates indicated that they found hope
after one of my classes. What more could I possibly ask for?"
