release carbon dioxide for cleansing. Breathing exercises are helpful in reducing stress, anxiety,
panic attacks, depression, muscle tensions, headaches, fatigue and much more. Learn to breath
into those spaces that hold pain and release all that is discomforting through sound
Breath awareness is the foundation of the alternative healing and self-empowerment journey.
Releasing with sound is simply putting sound to feelings.
Exhalation or releasing is a valuable tool in dealing with daily frustrations were breathing becomes
shallow, emotions are repressed and an imbalance is created. Buried emotions and dis-eased
memories can be released by putting sound to those feelings.
Self Awareness: Become more aware of your inner wisdom and power to heal. Thanking the EGO
for controlling the space in order to avoid painful emotions. Release the EGO and embrace your
essence.
Meditation: Meditation frees the mind from the structure and limitations imposed upon you by
your physical life, your environment, and the will of others. Meditation quiets the mind and frees
the body contributing to a sense of well being. Building your ideal place of relaxation.
Visualization and Imagery are used in all aspects of daily life. They provide a vehicle to the past
and a template to the future. Access your imagination again. Build your mental workshop, healing
screen and issue doors. Visualize your pain or discomfort and ask for assistance in bringing more
light into the space.
Guided journeys permit you to access internal guides, for example your higher self, and angel,
your inner child and power animals. Internal journeys also offer a vehicle to the past and recovery
from emotional injuries.
Gratitude: Learn to thank the pain for protecting you from a broader scope of discomfort. Thank
